Shenzhen UDD has established its own plastic mold factory, with a factory area of over 10000 square meters. It has a mold room, injection molding, oil spraying, and assembly workshop, and has introduced a complete set of mold processing equipment from well-known brands such as Makino in Japan. The equipment has high processing accuracy and fast processing speed, which can maximize the realization of product design concepts. The mold factory produces over 110 sets of precision molds annually and 10 million sets of plastic shells for various products. The factory can independently undertake mold development and manufacturing, product injection molding, product oil spraying, and other business entrusted by customers.
