Main responsibilities:

1. Make the first part of the production test mold, responsible for the quality of the production machine, supervise the staff discipline and workshop 7S maintenance.

2. Check and maintain the equipment every day, inspect the production machine regularly and keep samples, record the production report and test report and keep samples

3. Make and debug simple fixture of new mold testing robot auxiliary equipment, analyze mold problems and assist to provide modification mold plan.

4. When the production is busy and there is no manpower, we can accept to help boot, wipe the machine, mop the floor and finish the workshop. The factory has strict 5S requirements.

5. Take care of the equipment in strict accordance with the operation procedures to maintain and use: such as mold maintenance, machine high and low pressure protection, manipulator speed safety debugging, die temperature machine stop and start steps, safe operation and maintenance of punching equipment, eliminate safety risks before production.

8. 26 days monthly salary system, provide air-conditioned dormitory, eat by yourself, can accept the interview directly

Job Requirements:
